Yesterday was a gorgeous fall day with a chill in the air – perfect for carving 350 pumpkins under the tent for the Camp Sunshine Pumpkin Festival at LLBean tomorrow!

Camp Sunshine provides hope, joy, and community through unique experiences for children with life-threatening illnesses and their families. The free family pumpkin festival is tomorrow, October 19 from 12pm – 8pm at the LLBean flagship store in Freeport!

An enormous thank you goes out to our anonymous sponsors who donated $3,500 to Camp Sunshine for our pumpkins!

Service is at the heart of the Cheverus experience. This fall, our students carved over 350 pumpkins for the Camp Sunshine Pumpkin Festival, sharing joy and light with families in need. Their generosity reflects the Jesuit principle of being "people for others."
